Concept

We are pioneers in implementing self-service models in the Czech market. We design and implement the entire system for operating a self-service store in two versions – either just a technical solution (HW+SW) for autonomous operation without staff, or a full concept that includes not only technology but also the complete design of the new store. Fast implementation allows for a quick switch to 24/7 mode, benefiting from extended sales hours and savings on operational costs. Several dozen projects have already been built on this concept in the Czech Republic.

 

Technology

The technological ecosystem specially developed for the Czech market consists of a central information system for managing the self-service store, a mobile app for customers, bank identity, an advanced camera system with AI support connected to a remote monitoring center, self-service checkouts, and an authorized access control system, including necessary analytical data and statistics.

 

Zákaznická aplikace

Uživatelská mobilní aplikace StoreUP má multifunkční využití. Z pohledu zákazníka slouží primárně k uskutečnění nákupu ve vybraných autonomních prodejnách, ale poskytne mu také informace o historii jeho nákupů apod. Pro provozovatele/prodejce je nenahraditelná z hlediska sofistikovaného zpracování získaných dat o nákupním chování zákazníků. Díky unikátní a personifikované registraci nakupujících přináší mnoho příležitostí v oblasti přímého marketingu. Aplikace je snadným a spolehlivým verifikačním nástrojem pro Čechy i cizince.

Our services cover the entire lifecycle of a self-service store – from designing a new solution at the beginning of the implementation, project management during implementation, to long-term monitoring, technical maintenance, system development, and ensuring the security of the autonomous solution (for both customers and operators).
